Terra Direct PCR products are designed for direct PCR amplification from tissue samples, crude extracts, and dirty templates. The Terra Direct PCR Red Dye Premix includes an optimized 2X premix comprised of Terra Direct PCR Polymerase Mix, reaction buffer, dNTPs, and red gel-loading dye. A separate tube of Proteinase K is also included.
Features
Polymerase mix: This kit fits most applications, and has been improved with the inclusion of Proteinase K to enhance gel detection of the PCR product.
Red dye premix: This kit simplifies PCR setup to a single tube. It also includes a specially formulated loading dye that separates during gel electrophoresis.
Genotyping kit: This kit includes an extraction buffer and separate loading dye, to handle the broadest range of samples and provide the most robust performance.
