TaKaRa LA Taq® DNA Polymerase Hot-Start Version

TaKaRa LA Taq DNA Polymerase (Long and Accurate) is a blend of TaKaRa Taq and a proofreading polymerase, supported by a buffer system optimized for long-range PCR. The hot-start version formulation also includes a monoclonal antibody against Taq polymerase within the enzyme blend to increase reaction specificity and reduce background. Includes separate tubes of TaKaRa LA Taq DNA Polymerase Hot-Start Version, optimized buffer (Mg2+ plus), and dNTPs.
