SapphireAmp Fast PCR Master Mix is a hot-start 2X PCR master mix formulated for fast, convenient colony PCR. Includes an optimized, 2X premix comprised of polymerase, reaction buffer, dNTPs, blue gel-loading dye, and a density reagent that allows for a decreased extension time of 10 sec/kb.
