Complete amplicon-prep based library prep kit for whole genome sequencing of Influenza A and B virus strains. Amplicon sequencing technology is based on well established COVIDSeq but optimized for Influenza A/B viral sequencing. Each kit provides enough reagents for 48 samples and includes library prep reagents, an influenza A/B targeting primer pool, and an index plate with 48 unique dual indexes.
Illumina Microbial Amplicon Prep—Influenza A/B is an amplicon-based library preparation kit built on the same chemistry as the COVIDSeq assay. Library preparation is fast and easy, generating libraries compatible with nearly all Illumina sequencing systems. This kit enables whole-genome sequencing of influenza A/B viruses for public health surveillance and influenza virus research. Analysis can be performed using the DRAGEN Targeted Microbial Amplicon on Basespace Sequence Hub with pre-loaded targets. Files can also be easily uploaded for custom analyses.
