EpiScope® Methylated HeLa gDNA

EpiScope Methylated HeLa gDNA is sold separately as the positive control for the EpiScope MSP Kit. This genomic DNA, which was purified from human HeLa cells, has been highly methylated using CpG methylase. It can be used as a positive control in MSP, Bisulfite Sequencing, Combined Bisulfite Restriction Analysis (COBRA), Methylated CpG Island Recovery Assay (MIRA), and other DNA methylation analysis methods.
