The optimized master mix contains TaKaRa Ex Taq DNA Polymerase, a blend of TaKaRa Taq DNA polymerase and a proofreading polymerase. The convenient 2X formulation includes enzyme, reaction buffer, dNTPs, and a green gel-loading dye, enabling direct loading of PCR products onto agarose gels for a streamlined workflow.
