Mildew Cooling Incubator CT-150M / CT-260M

Air-jacket cooling incubator CT-150M/260M offers precise temperature control with efficient cooling for reliable sample incubation. Ideal for cell culture and microbial research, its robust design ensures stability, sterility, and consistent performance in medical, pharmaceutical, and laboratory applications.

1. Temperature and Cooling Control

• Annular Heating and Refrigeration System: Provides efficient, stable thermal regulation for precise temperature control, suitable for mildew cultures.

• Auto Defrosting Function: Supports programmable defrosting with adjustable time, interval, and automatic activation to maintain optimal chamber conditions.

Why It Matters: Ensures consistent, reliable temperature control with cooling, ideal for fungal growth studies and mildew testing at low temperatures.

2. Enhanced UV Air Duct Sterilization System:

• Built-In UV Lamp in Inner Chamber: Integrated high-intensity ultraviolet (UV-C) lamp within the inner chamber delivers continuous sterilization during culturing, effectively eliminating bacteria, fungi, spores, and other contaminants.

→Safety Interlock Mechanism: Automatically disables the UV lamp when the door is opened, protecting users from UV exposure and ensuring safe operation.

→Long-Lasting UV Lamp: Designed for durability with low maintenance, providing consistent sterilization performance over extended use.

• Air Duct UV Integration: UV sterilization extends through the air circulation ducts, ensuring sterile airflow and preventing cross-contamination throughout the incubator.

3. Airflow and Environmental Uniformity

• Horizontal Double Circulation Air Ducts: Non-natural convection design ensures uniform distribution of temperature, humidity, and CO2 throughout the chamber.

Why It Matters: Promotes stable, uniform conditions, supporting consistent fungal growth and reliable experimental outcomes.

4. Humidity Control

• Bottom Reservoir Humidification System: Maintains stable humidity levels with a water shortage alarm to ensure continuous operation.

Why It Matters: Provides reliable humidity management, essential for optimal mildew growth and culture conditions.

5. Safety and Reliability

• Comprehensive Safety Features: Includes over-temperature alarm, automatic shutdown at high temperature, and power failure recovery with automatic restart.

Why It Matters: Protects samples, ensures operational safety, and supports uninterrupted experiments, vital for long-term mildew studies.

7. Data Management

• Data Recording and Analysis: Stores up to 150,000 data points for temperature, humidity, and CO2 with configurable intervals; displays curves with USB export for analysis.

• External Cloud Platform Interface (Optional): Reserved for cloud connectivity, enabling remote monitoring and data management.

Why It Matters: Enables robust data tracking, analysis, and remote access, supporting research documentation and compliance for mildew testing.

8. User Interface and Control

• 4.3-Inch LED Smart Touch Screen: Displays temperature (0.1°C accuracy), humidity, and CO2 concentration with intuitive controls; integrated alarm system triggers visual/audible alerts (e.g., door open time, gas concentration issues).

Why It Matters: Simplifies operation with precise monitoring and alerts, enhancing control and safety.

9. Design and Accessibility

• Stackable Design: Supports two-layer stacking with optional accessories, maximizing lab space.

• Magnetic Door Design: Ensures gas-tight sealing with rapid, convenient opening.

• Removable Shelf Design: Flexible, pull-out shelves reduce bacterial dead zones, detachable without tools for easy cleaning.

• Fuma Casters: Flexible casters enable easy repositioning and secure locking, with accessible under-equipment cleaning.

Why It Matters: Enhances usability, hygiene, and space efficiency with a scalable, gas-tight, and mobile design tailored for laboratory needs.
