High-Speed Stackable CO2 Incubator Shaker ZCZY-RH / NRH Series

High Speed CO2 Incubator Shaker with dual platforms, precise control, safety features, easy cleaning, and stable cooling performance.

STACKABLE

• Stack up to three units high, Space-saving and high-capacity.

• Each machine operates independently.

DRIVE

• Triple-eccentric drive is precisely counterbalanced to impart smooth, uniform motion to all flasks regardless of their position on the platform.

• Servo-motor makes speed control precisely and ensures high-speed performance and stability. Single motor for ZCZY-A/B/CRH, dual motors for ZCZY-A/B/CNRH.

SHAKING PLATFORM

• ZCZY-A/B/CNRH uses dual shaking platforms, each of which can be independently controlled and operated, making it very suitable for comparative experiments. The shaking speed can reach 1000rpm.

SAFETY

• Audible and Visible Alarms alert the user and shuts off heaters to setpoint deviation.

• Automatic restart after power interrupt with Non-Volatile Memory keeps studies running smoothly.

• The running will stop when the door is open. It is more safe.

CLEAN

• Antibacterial stainless steel interior chamber with rounded corners easy to clean and protect bacteria breeding.

• Glides up door which is non-screw design and slide-out platform provide easy access to all samples.

• With UV sterilization.

• The bottom of the chamber can be washed thoroughly.

COOLING

• High quality and low noise CFC free compressors ensure refrigeration effect and stable.

• Special refrigerating process control technology with adjustable cooling capacity makes temperature control more accuracy.

• Timing frost-removing function, the timing range is 1to 89minutes and the defrost interval is 30-600 minutes adjustable, ensures machine working long time in low temperature without ice block.

VIEW

• The stainless steel frames with heating function around door class can adjust the temperature as user's need.

• Insulating and tempered door glass as well as the stainless steel frames with heating function avoid condensation effectively, also provides good view of culture state without opening door.

• The CO2 incubator shaker features a Touch Screen that makes parameters setting and viewing easily. Such as:

1. The setting temperature, speed, time and the real temperature, speed, remaining time are shown simultaneously.

2. Setting rotation direction is positive or reverse.

SENSOR

• Infrared CO2 sensor measures the CO2 concentration automatically with high sensitivity.

• For each shaker, a bottle of CO2 gas (20kg) can be used not less than 35days if the door is open normally, and about 145 days when door is not opened.

• PT-100 temperature sensor

• Humidity sensor(option)

DATA RECORD

• Data memory, can record more than 600,000,00.00 datas.

• Data curves such as real-time temperature and speed can be displayed.

• Data easily transfer through the USB interface.

• RS-232 or RS-485 interface is optional.

OTHER FEATURES

• Embedded blackout curtain stretching repeatedly and not easy to damage, completely avoids light influence on culture(option).

• With water pan for natural humidification. High temperature steam automatic humidity control system, ranging from ambient humidity to 90%(option).

• Compliant with FDA 21CFR part 11 computerized software system(option)

• Photosynthesis Lighting System(option)

• Mobile and PC remote monitor(option)
