Heating Incubator BH-90 / 150 / 260, Optional Humidity Control

Air-jacket heating incubator BH-90/150/260 provides precise temperature control for reliable heating and incubation of samples. Ideal for cell culture, microbial research, and laboratory experiments, its robust design ensures stability, efficiency, and consistent performance in medical, pharmaceutical, and research applications.

1. Temperature Control

• Six-Side Heating System: Delivers uniform, rapid heating with quick temperature recovery, ensuring stable incubation conditions.

Why It Matters: Provides consistent temperature control, ideal for sensitive cell cultures and microbiological experiments requiring reliable thermal stability.

2. Sterilization

• High-Temperature Dry Heat Sterilization (160°C–180°C): Achieves comprehensive sterilization without disassembly, with optional one-click operation for ease of use.

• Optional UV Air Duct Sterilization: Integrated UV-C lamp in air ducts sterilizes internal airflow, maintaining a contamination-free environment during culturing.

Why It Matters: Ensures a sterile environment through flexible sterilization options, essential for reliable cell culture and microbial research outcomes.

3. Airflow and Environmental Uniformity

• Dual Circulation Air Duct Design: Non-natural convection ensures high uniformity of temperature, humidity, and CO2 throughout the chamber.

Why It Matters: Promotes stable, uniform conditions, supporting consistent culture growth and accurate experimental results.

4. Condensation Prevention

• Glass or External Door Heating: Prevents condensation on the glass door, maintaining clear visibility for monitoring cultures.

Why It Matters: Enhances usability by ensuring unobstructed observation of samples without compromising hygiene.

5. Safety and Reliability

• Comprehensive Safety Features: Includes over-temperature alarm, automatic shutdown during over-temperature conditions, and power failure recovery with automatic restart.

• Interference Minimization: Filter ring reduces external noise and electromagnetic interference, enhancing operational stability.

Why It Matters: Protects samples, ensures safe operation, and supports uninterrupted experiments, vital for long-term studies.

7. Data Management

• Data Recording and Analysis: Stores up to 150,000 data points for temperature, humidity, and CO2 with configurable intervals; displays curves with USB export for analysis.

• External Cloud Platform Interface (Optional): Reserved for cloud connectivity, enabling remote monitoring and data management.

Why It Matters: Enables robust data tracking, analysis, and remote access, supporting research documentation and compliance.

8. User Interface and Control

• 4.3-Inch LED Smart Touch Screen: Displays temperature (0.1°C accuracy), humidity, and CO2 concentration with intuitive controls; integrated alarm system triggers visual/audible alerts (e.g., door open time, gas concentration issues).

Why It Matters: Simplifies operation with precise monitoring and alerts, enhancing control and safety.

9. Design and Accessibility

For laboratories seeking a reliable incubator solution, the system combines space-saving structure, gas-tight sealing, and convenient maintenance features to support efficient daily operation.

• Stackable Design: Supports two-layer stacking with optional accessories, maximizing lab space.

• Magnetic Door Design: Ensures gas-tight sealing with rapid, convenient opening.

• Removable Shelf Design: Flexible, pull-out shelves reduce bacterial dead zones, detachable without tools for easy cleaning.

• Fuma Casters (Optional): Flexible casters enable easy repositioning and secure locking, with accessible under-equipment cleaning.

Why It Matters: Enhances usability, hygiene, and space efficiency with a scalable, gas-tight, and mobile design tailored for laboratory needs.
