CO2 Incubator with HEPA Filter Q-180C

Thermostatic air-jacket CO2 incubator with HEPA filter Q-180C offers precise temperature and CO2 control with HEPA filtration for enhanced sterility. Ideal for cell culture and microbial research, this integrated HEPA filter for CO2 incubator ensures stable, contamination-free, and reliable performance in medical, pharmaceutical, and laboratory applications.

1. Temperature Control

• Six-Sided Heating System: Ensures uniform high-temperature distribution for consistent incubation conditions in both Q-180C and Q-180E models.

• Two-Speed Motor Design: Operates at high speed when the door is closed, switching to low speed once temperature stabilizes for energy efficiency.

Why It Matters: Maintains precise, uniform temperature with energy-efficient operation, supporting reliable cell culture outcomes.

2. CO2 Regulation

• Infrared CO2 Sensor:

→Q-180C: Standard second-generation sensor with automatic compensation for temperature and pressure variations, ensuring accurate CO2 measurement.

Why It Matters: Delivers accurate CO2 levels, critical for cell viability, with enhanced durability during the culturalization.

3. Sterilization and Hygiene

• HEPA Filtration System: Ensures rapid compliance with cleanliness standards in both models.

4. Airflow and Environmental Uniformity

• Horizontal Dual Circulation Air Duct: Non-natural convection airflow minimizes evaporation while ensuring uniform temperature, humidity, and CO2 concentration in both models. This is complemented by the advanced HEPA filter for CO2 incubator from Zhi Chu.

Why It Matters: Promotes stable, uniform conditions, supporting consistent cell growth and reliable results.

5. Humidity and Condensation Control

• Natural Humidification System: Utilizes a humidifying tray for natural humidity maintenance.

• Glass Door Heating: Prevents condensation buildup on the glass door, maintaining clear visibility.

Why It Matters: Ensures optimal humidity and visibility, supporting cell culture requirements and ease of monitoring.

6. Safety and Reliability

• Comprehensive Safety Features: Includes over-temperature alarm, automatic shutdown at over-temperature, and power failure recovery with automatic startup (both models).

• External Interference Minimization: Filter ring reduces external noise and electromagnetic interference, enhancing stability.

Why It Matters: Protects samples and ensures safe, uninterrupted operation, with Q-180E offering enhanced safety during sterilization.

7. User Interface and Control

• 4.3-Inch LED Smart Touch Screen: Displays temperature (0.1°C accuracy), humidity, and CO2 concentration with intuitive controls; integrated alarm system triggers visual/audible alerts (e.g., door open time, gas concentration issues) .

Why It Matters: Simplifies operation with precise monitoring and alerts, enhancing control and safety.

8. Design and Accessibility

• Stackable Design: Supports two, three, or mixed-layer stacking with optional accessories, optimizing lab space.

• Magnetic Door Design: Ensures gas-tight sealing with rapid, convenient opening, unaffected by high-temperature sterilization.

• Removable Shelf Design: Flexible, pull-out shelves reduce bacterial dead zones, detachable without tools for easy cleaning.

• Fuma Casters: Flexible casters enable easy repositioning and secure locking, with accessible under-equipment cleaning.

Why It Matters: Enhances usability, hygiene, and space efficiency with a scalable, gas-tight, and mobile horizontal design.
