The KaryoMap v2 Solution
KaryoMap v2 has been developed in collaboration with Illumina through our partnership to bring you a reliable and robust assay.
The assay can be completed in 2 days with scanning capability on the Illumina iScan and NextSeq 550 Systems, providing flexibility for various laboratory setups.
The KaryoMap v2 product is coupled with the kMap analysis software for genotype data analysis and reporting. This cloud-based software facilitates sample accessioning, run planning, data visualization, and detailed case reporting.
