Tris Buffered Saline with Tween 20 (TBS-T) contains the non-ionic detergent Tween 20 which acts through blocking. This product is a tablet for preparing Tris Buffered Saline with Tween 20 (TBS-T), which is commonly used for ELISAs and Western Blotting. The buffer can easily be prepared by dissolving the tablet in H2O. One tablet is used to prepare 500 ml of TBS-T (pH 7.6).
