JAK inhibitor

Functions

Potent pan-JAK inhibitor, IC50s=1, 20 and 112 nM for JAK3, JAK2 and JAK1 respectively. Displays potent antiinflammatory and immunosuppressant activity. Promotes a white-to-brown metabolic conversion in human adipocytes. In therapeutic use for rheumatoid arthritis.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 100 mg/ml) or in Ethanol (up to 100 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO or ethanol may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
