A set of equilibration and elution buffers optimized for purifying his-tagged proteins using TALON Magnetic Beads. The final pH of the Equilibration/Wash Buffer should be 7.0. Buffer volumes are sufficient for 6 x 1 ml TALON Magnetic Beads (Cat. No. 635637). The kit may be used with Cat. Nos. 635636 & 635637.
