Potent and selective RET kinase inhibitor

Functions

Potent (IC₅₀ = 0.45 nM) and selective inhibitor of RET kinase. Clinically relevant for the treatment of RET-altered non-small cell lung cancer and certain thyroid cancers.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (10 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
