Functions

Potent and selective CDK 4/6 inhibitor1. Mitigates acute kidney injury. Induces cell cycle arrest and senescence in neuroblastoma. In clinical use for HR-positive,  HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer. Orally bioavailable.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 10 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 2 months.
