These chromatography columns are prepacked with Capto Butyl ImpRes hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC) resin. The columns are an excellent choice for intermediate and polishing steps in downstream purification processes.
Prepacked and ready-to-use: validated high-performance columns supplied prepacked and ready-for-use in bioprocessing.
High-resolution purification: based on Capto ImpRes base matrix with a traditional HIC ligand and a small average particle size.
Flexible process design: large operational window of flow velocities and bed heights.
Higher throughput compared with Capto Butyl: enables improved productivity and process economy.
Excellent chemical stability.
Resin fulfills industrial demands: for security of supply, robust performance, and regulatory support.
About Capto Butyl ImpRes resin
Capto Butyl ImpRes is a hydrophobic interaction bioprocess chromatography resin developed for large-scale purification of biopharmaceutical proteins.
By combining the high-flow characteristics of Capto resin with a smaller particle size, Capto Butyl ImpRes delivers both excellent pressure/flow properties and resolution.
This is an excellent chromatography resin for intermediate and polishing steps in a downstream purification process.
Convenience and versatility of ReadyToProcess chromatography columns
Robust design and validated column packing methods for consistent performance.
Standardized format for reduced cost and off-the-shelf availability for short delivery lead times.
Reduce costs by eliminating the need for column packing, preparation, and validation procedures.
Columns fulfill industrial demands for security of supply, robust performance, and regulatory support.
