GPR18 antagonist

Functions

A potent and selective GPR18 antagonist (IC50 = 0.279 µM) exhibiting >36-fold selectivity against GPR55 and CB1 and 14-fold selectivity against CB2. Inhibits N-arachidonylglycine-induced acrosomal exocytosis in human spermatozoa indicating that GPR18 may be involved in physiological processes of human spermatozoa.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 25 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
