The pAUR vector series includes six E. coli-yeast shuttle vectors, each constructed for a particular application in either Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Schizosaccharomyces, Saccharomyces pombe or Aspergillus nidulans. The vectors include a novel drug-resistance selective marker that confers Aureobasidin A resistance in transformed yeast.
Features
pAUR101 DNA (6,687 bp)—chromosomal integration for S. cerevisiae
pAUR112 DNA (7,104 bp)
pAUR123 DNA (6,982 bp)
pAUR224 DNA (7,638 bp)
pAUR135 DNA (6,074 bp—vector for marker removal in S. cerevisiae
Applications
Cloning and transformation in yeast or Aspergillus nidulans systems using Aureobasidin A as a selective antibiotic
