NADAL® Strep A PCR Test - 10 tests for the qualitative determination of group A streptococci (A streptococci) in human oropharyngeal swabs
Group A streptococcus can cause serious infections such as pharyngitis and scarlet fever, which require prompt antibiotic treatment. Symptoms can vary, but often include chills, fever, headache, nausea, a general feeling of illness and enlarged lymph nodes. Scarlet fever can cause a characteristic rash on the face, body and limbs, accompanied by a so-called "strawberry tongue".
Our NADAL® Strep A PCR test offers you the opportunity to make a diagnosis directly on site without having to wait for laboratory results. This enables prompt initiation of antibiotic therapy, if necessary, to effectively combat the infection and prevent complications.
