The Hamilton MagEx STAR Line is a fully automated solution optimized for magnetic bead-based nucleic acid extraction. It is ideal for isolating nucleic acid in a highly consistent, high-throughput format.
The MagEx STAR Line automates nucleic acid extraction from diverse sample types using pre-qualified methods from leading kit manufacturers. Two models are available. The MagEx STARlet processes one microplate, or up to 96 samples, at once, while the MagEx STAR has capacity for up to four 96-well plates. Each is equipped with eight independent CO-RE II pipette channels and a CO-RE II 96 Probe Head to provide maximum efficiency and throughput in DNA and RNA based workflows.
