Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR spectroscopy) is a spectroscopic method to elucidate the structure of molecules and compounds. Due to electronic interactions of single atoms with the neighbouring atoms, structural conclusions can be drawn. In addition to structure elucidation, the concentration and dynamics of molecules can be determined with this method. This analytical method requires very precise tubes with a constant diameter, a uniform wall thickness and excellent straightness across the entire tube.
Manufactured from borosilicate glass 3.3
KONTES HI-VAC valve maximizes sample recovery
Greaseless valve features a borosilicate glass body and PTFE plug so that the sample is always in contact with inert materials
Rotationally symmetrical design, with two lateral ports located near the valve seat, permits use at higher temperatures
FKM O-Ring seal is used to connect the valved NMR tube to a vacuum system
Suitable for use in instruments with field strengths greater than 360 MHz
