Potent pan-specific protein kinase inhibitor: PKA (Ki = 90 nM), PKC (Ki = 20 nM), PKG (Ki = 100 nM) as well as other kinases. Cell impermeable.
Application Procedures
First dissolved in DMSO (up to 1 mg/ml) or in DMF (up to 1 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO or DMF may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
