Functions

A specific inhibitor of importin α/β-mediated nuclear import with no effect on a range of other nuclear import pathways.   Displays potent antiviral activity against HIV-1, dengue, corona and other viruses. Clinically useful broad-spectrum antiparasitic agent.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (70 mg/ml) or Ethanol (25 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO or Ethanol may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
