Complete hybridization-based enrichment kit including Illumina RNA Prep with Enrichment library preparation and hybridization reagents, Respiratory Virus Oligo Panel v2, and IDT® for Illumina® DNA/RNA UD Indexes Set C. Each kit provides enough reagents for 96 samples in 32 hybridization reactions with 3 libraries per hybridization reaction. Enables enrichment of 40 common human respiratory viruses including SARS-CoV-2 and Influenza and produces whole genome sequences for each targeted virus.
The Illumina Respiratory Virus Enrichment Kit, formerly known as the Respiratory Virus Oligo Panel (RVOP), provides an effective, streamlined method for detecting common respiratory viruses, such as SARS-CoV-2 and influenza A/B.
