The VWR® Bead Mill MAX is the flagship model in the VWR bead mill homogeniser range, engineered for rapid disruption of difficult biological and environmental samples. Using sample tubes pre-filled with a variety of bead media, the mill vigorously and uniformly shakes the tubes to maximise impact and reduce swirling for efficient and consistent high yield and quality homogenisation.

The system fits both routine and multi-user environments by combining simple method control with fast processing, often complete in less than 30 seconds. A touchscreen interface, stored protocols and front access help reduce setup time and make it easier to maintain repeatable workflows across different operators and sample types.

The Bead Mill MAX platform includes a standard homogeniser configuration as well as packages that add bead-filled tubes for faster startup, while optional cryo cooling is available for temperature-sensitive work. Designed to grind, lyse and homogenise tissues and other challenging materials, it delivers highly reproducible results for downstream DNA, RNA, protein and metabolite workflows.

Delivery: Drive unit is supplied with 2 ml tube carriage, user manual and 2 year warranty. VWR® disposable bead tubes must be ordered separately.
