His60 Ni Superflow Cartridges

This kit provides 5 prepacked cartridges, each containing 1 ml of His60 Ni Superflow Resin, and all of the buffers necessary to purify recombinant his-tagged proteins. The cartridges are suitable for automated purification using medium-pressure systems such as ÄKTA FPLC or manual, syringe-based purification. Proteins can be purified under native or denaturing conditions. Each column can be reused up to 5 times to purify different preparations of the same protein.

Features

• Up to 60 mg of recombinant his-tagged protein (1-ml cartridge)
• Up to 300 mg of recombinant his-tagged protein (5-ml cartridge)
• Low metal-ion leakage in eluted his-tagged protein
• For purification under native or denaturing conditions
• Fast and reproducible processing on any LC system, including ÄKTA

Applications

Purified recombinant his-tagged proteins can be used for: Protein labeling
Immunization to produce antibodies
Animal studies
