High-Salt Solution for Precipitation (Plant) is a reagent used to remove polysaccharide remaining in the RNA solution after an RNA preparation. It is possible to prepare high purity total RNA by simply adding this reagent during an isopropanol precipitation step. High purity sample is easily prepared. Note: Do not use for recovery of small RNA molecules. For small amounts of RNA, use Dr. GenTLE Precipitation Carrier (Cat.# 9094) during the isopropanol precipitation for increasing RNA recovery.
