High Fidelity PCR EcoDry™ Premix is a convenient, eco-friendly lyophilized formulation of Advantage 2 Polymerase Mix for highly accurate PCR. Supplied as individually packaged 8-tube strips with optically clear sealing caps, each tube contains a complete master mix with the Advantage 2 DNA polymerase blend, hot-start antibody, optimized PCR buffer, and dNTPs. Simply reconstitute with PCR-grade water, primers, and template DNA.
