Ficoll™ PM 70 density gradient media

Highly stable sucrose polymer with an average molecular weight 70 000, suitable for use as perfusion media in laboratory studies on dextran-sensitive animals.

• Displays minimal toxicity
• Has favorable viscosity and osmotic properties
• Supplied as spray-dried powders.

Highly soluble

High molecular weight sucrose-polymers formed by copolymerization of sucrose with epichlorohydrin. The molecules are highly branched and the high content of hydroxyl groups leads to very good solubility in aqueous media.
