The Whatman Fast Flow, High Performance (FF HP) Plus are nitrocellulose-backed membranes commonly used as detection reagent carriers in lateral flow based diagnostic assays.
The FFHP Plus range is similar in composition to the traditional FFHP range but treated with a different surfactant to provide designers with options in assay optimization.
Capillary flow times: 60-100s (FF80HP Plus); 90–150 s (FF120HP Plus); 140-200s (FF170HP Plus) with water for 4 cm distance on a 10-mm wide membrane strip, cross-web, strip mounted perpendicular to the lab bench.
