Faustovirus Capping Enzyme (S17), HQ adds 7-methylguanylate cap structures (Cap-0) to the 5’ ends of uncapped RNA. Faustovirus Capping Enzyme (25 U/µl), 10X Capping Buffer 2, S-adenosylmethionine (SAM), and GTP are included.
