EU 0.05 ml Mini 8-tube strip

Fits almost all PCR and qPCR (fast) cycler models which accept low profile products. These mini 8-tube strip (0.05 ml) is 4 mm shorter as a low profile 0.1 ml tube-strip while its angle to fit (q)PCR cyclers remains identical. This product design is globally patent protected. Thhe mini 8-tube strip (0.05 ml) can be closed with any of the BIOplastics cap strips. When the mini 8-tube strip (0.05 ml) is When closed with the Chimney Optical 8 cap strip the total height is identical to a 0.1 ml tubestrip/plate format. For qPCR the use of B57801 or B79701-1 cap strips is recommended. One can also opt to use the Chimney Cap strip which extends, the height of the assembly (strip and cap) to 16.4 mm similar as the height of a low profile strip with cap. Chimney caps strips are design protected and enables to change a low profile tube/strip/plate format (0.1 ml) to a regular profile tube/strip/ plate format (0.2 ml) It can be used in many (q)PCR cycler formats. The optical wide area indented thin wall cap can also be used optical qPCR detection When combined with BIOplastics low profile tubes (0.1 ml) the combination has the same height as a regular profile (0.2 ml) tube When combined with BIOplastics mini-tube (0.05 ml) the combination has the same height as a low profile (0.1 ml) tube When combines with BIOplastics micro tube which is likely becoming the "new standard" is fits mos low profile cyclers Indented cap prevents "finger touch" signal interference. Product Properties

• Low Profile — Height: 15.6 - 16.6 mm, 0.61 - 0.65 inch. 0.1 ml. Used in most fast cyclers, and has improved evaporation characteristics
• Ultra Clear Transparant Product — Extremely transparant, recommended when optical qPCR signal is obtained through bottom of the tubes
• Thin Wall — This product has a thin wall.
• O-Type Material — This product is made of a different blend of PP, designed for PCR and qPCR applications.
• Evaporation Grade 1 — Loss of PCR volume is less than 3%. It’s possible to PCR in as less as 5 µl.
• Extra Low Adhesion — This product is specially treated to reduce the binding of protein.
• DNA, DNase, RNA, RNase & Pyrogen Free — This product is free of DNa(se), RNa(se), Pyrogens & metals.
