ZetaSpin MINI Desalt Z25 Spin Column

ZetaSpin MINI columns (formerly CentriPure MINI) are quick, ready-to-use spin columns for desalting, buffer exchange and removal of dyes or small molecules from oligonucleotides larger than 10 bp/nt or proteins larger than 5 kDa. Pre-swollen, sterile-packed and precision-packed with Zetadex — emp BIOTECH's cross-linked dextran resin manufactured in an ISO-13485 environment — the columns are ready to use straight out of the pack.

Purified sample elutes directly into pure deionized water; PBS-, TRIS-buffered and dry (self-hydrate) formats are also available, as is the larger-MWCO Z50 version for bigger biomolecules. ZetaSpin MINI is emp BIOTECH's most widely used desalting product, run daily by oligonucleotide and protein labs for post-synthesis and post-labeling clean-up.
