Can be used in conjunction with AlkPhos Direct Labeling Module (RPN3680), Amersham AlkPhos Direct Hybridization Buffer (RPN3688) and Hybond/ Nytran membranes
Each system includes the following reagents, sufficient for 25 or 50 labeling reactions and detection of 2500 cm² or 5000 cm² membrane (depending on product ordered): labeling reagent, crosslinker, control DNA, reaction buffer, hybridization buffer, blocking agent, CDP-Star or ECF detection reagents.
