Capto adhere ImpRes chromatography resin prepacked in ReadyToProcess™ single-use columns

These ReadyToProcess chromatography columns are prepacked with Capto adhere ImpRes chromatography resin and are excellent for intermediate and polishing purification steps. ReadyToProcess columns are validated high-performance bioprocessing columns that are supplied prepacked and ready for use.

• High yields achieved through the high-resolution beads and selectivity of the ligand.
• Efficient removal of aggregates, viruses, and main contaminants in MAb processes.
• Enables use of a platform approach to MAb process development.
• Allows separation of MAb charged variants.

About Capto adhere ImpRes

Capto adhere ImpRes is designed to allow effective MAb polishing in the second or third step of a purification scheme downstream of the protein A capture step. Polishing can be performed in either bind and elute (binding) or flowthrough (nonbinding) modes. The multimodal anion exchanger ligand of Capto adhere ImpRes is immobilized to the base matrix and interacts with the target molecule through multiple types of interactions.

Key benefits of ReadyToProcess columns include:

• Robust column design and validated packing methods enable consistent column performance.
• Standardized column formats allow reduced column cost and off-the-shelf availability for short delivery lead times.
• Cost-savings by eliminating the need for column preparation, packing, and validation procedures.
• Fulfills industrial demands for security of supply, robust performance, and regulatory support.
