BcaBest DNA Polymerase ver 2.0 is a strand-displacing DNA polymerase that has been engineered for increased speed and sensitivity, making it ideal for LAMP, RT-LAMP, and other isothermal PCR applications. BcaBest DNA Polymerase ver.2.0 (8 U/µl) and 2X BcaBEST Buffer containing dNTPs are included. LAMP primers corresponding to a desired nucleic acid sequence are not included and must be provided by the user.
