THE BACT-R PLUS SYSTEM REPLACES ALL CHEMICAL BAGS FOR ANAEROBIC, MICROAEROPHILIC AND CO2 SUPPLEMENTATION ATMOSPHERES

The basis of the Bact-R Plus is the substitution of the oxygen in the incubatin jar by a specific gas, thanks to the vacuum pump. A gas cylinder is connected to the automated system.

The major benefits of the Bact-R Plus are its reliability and its capacity to reproduce cultivation conditions over time. This enables the cultivation process to be standardised and to comply with the ISO 15189 requirements.

HANDLING

A direct access to programs allows an easy handling. The live follow-up on the screen of all the phases of the cycle allows a control in case of necessity.

The direct information of the result at the end of cycle gives a working independence.

QUALITY CONTROLS

Quality tests are programmable at the request :

- overpressure test to check the tightnesss of the jar lid

- underpressure tests to check the thightness of the jars

- catalyst test to check the presence and the good working of the catalyst

TRACEABILITY

The BACT-R Plus includes a module which is very easy and simple to use, including a barcode reader. The record of all events is linked to each program. All data are then saved on a SD card, which can be exported to the lab computer.

The traceability module allows to record the date and the nature of any action implemented during the process using a bar code in relation to :

- the technician

- the jar

- the Petri dish

- the gas

The data can then be saved under Excel format.
