AAVpro® Packaging Plasmid (AAV5)

AAVpro packaging plasmids (pRC and pHelper) are sold separately in very large 1 mg quantities (AAVpro Packaging Plasmid, Cat. Nos. 6234, 6664, 6665, and 6672), which are convenient for large-scale production for in vivo studies. pRC plasmids carry the AAV Rep and Cap genes. The pHelper plasmid contains adenovirus E2A, E4, and VA, genes required for efficient AAV production.

Features

• pRC Plasmids (pRC1*, pRC2-mi342**, pRC5, or pRC6) carry AAV Rep and Cap genes
• pHelper contains adenovirus E2A, E4, and VA genes required for efficient AAV production
