96 x 0.2 ml Plate – RP,W,SEMI Sk,cutable,96 well plate (0.2 ml)

Plates can be easily cut in sections of 3 rows. These plates fits also most (q)PCR Cycler models which accept regular profile (RP) products. For qPCR we recommend the use of frosted products or white products. Closure can be accomplished with any EU 8 or 12-cap strip and Opti-Seal™. For qPCR closure the use of B57801, B79701-1 or Optical Tear Off 8-Cap Strip Mat is recommended. Plate is robust, flat and can be color coded using a Pre-Post Tube support grid.

Product Properties

• Regular Profile — Height: 20.9 - 21.8 mm, 0.82 - 0.85 inch. 0.2 ml. Fits most regular PCR cyclers and cyclers without height-adjuctable heated lids
• White Product — This product give the highest signal to noise ratios in qPCR
• Cutable — This product can easily be cut with scissors
• Semi Skirted — This plate is semi skirted, and can be used in robotic applications
• Thin Wall — This product has a thin wall.
• O-Type Material — This product is made of a different blend of PP, designed for PCR and qPCR applications.
• Evaporation Grade 1 — Loss of PCR volume is less than 3%. It’s possible to PCR in as less as 5 µl.
• Extra Low Adhesion — This product is specially treated to reduce the binding of protein.
• DNA, DNase, RNA, RNase & Pyrogen Free — This product is free of DNa(se), RNa(se), Pyrogens & metals.
• Autoclavable — This product is autoclavable.
• qPCR Grade 2 — This product has superior signal-to-noise ratio if white.
