96 x 0.2 ml Plate Barcoded

These plates are designed for PCR and qPCR applications and fit almost all (q)PCR cycler models which accept regular profile (RP) products. See compatibility search engine at www.bioplastics.com. For qPCR we recommend the use of frosted or white products. Plates are SEMI SKIRTED . Closure can be accomplished with any EU 8-cap strip 12 cap strip, tar off cap mats or Opti-Seal™. For qPCR closure the use of B57801, B79701-1 or Optical Tear Off 8-Cap Strip Mat is recommended. This products has a unique barcode (type 128) at South skirt.

Product Properties

• Ultra Clear Transparant Product — Extremely transparant, recommended when optical qPCR signal is obtained through bottom of the tubes
• White Product — This product give the highest signal to noise ratios in qPCR
• Semi Skirted — This plate is semi skirted, and can be used in robotic applications
• Thin Wall — This product has a thin wall.
• Laser marked by BIOplastics BPLPM Technology — This product is uniquely laser marked and coded.
• O-Type Material — This product is made of a different blend of PP, designed for PCR and qPCR applications.
• Evaporation Grade 1 — Loss of PCR volume is less than 3%. It’s possible to PCR in as less as 5 µl.
• Extra Low Adhesion — This product is specially treated to reduce the binding of protein.
• DNA, DNase, RNA, RNase & Pyrogen Free — This product is free of DNa(se), RNa(se), Pyrogens & metals.
• Autoclavable — This product is autoclavable.
