96 x 0.1 ml Plate, Laser barcoded – LP,W,SEMI Sk,96 well plate (0.1ml), fits LightCycler ® 480 systems

These EU 96 well low profile plates are semi-skirted and designed for qPCR applications and to fit Roche LightCycler ® 480 systems with 96 well blocks. Closure can be accomplished with either EU (optical) strip caps, mats or seals. In addition to LightCycler ® 480 systems, these plates are used in many 0.2 ml regular block and Real-Time thermal cyclers.

Product Properties

• Low Profile — Height: 15.6 - 16.6 mm, 0.61 - 0.65 inch. 0.1 ml. Used in most fast cyclers, and has improved evaporation characteristics
• White Product — This product give the highest signal to noise ratios in qPCR
• Semi Skirted — This plate is semi skirted, and can be used in robotic applications
• Thin Wall — This product has a thin wall.
• Laser marked by BIOplastics BPLPM Technology — This product is uniquely laser marked and coded.
• O-Type Material — This product is made of a different blend of PP, designed for PCR and qPCR applications.
• Evaporation Grade 1 — Loss of PCR volume is less than 3%. It’s possible to PCR in as less as 5 µl.
• Extra Low Adhesion — This product is specially treated to reduce the binding of protein.
• DNA, DNase, RNA, RNase & Pyrogen Free — This product is free of DNa(se), RNa(se), Pyrogens & metals.
• Autoclavable — This product is autoclavable.
• qPCR Grade 2 — This product has superior signal-to-noise ratio if white.
