48 x 0.2 ml Plate – RP,W,NON Sk,48 well plate (0.2 ml)

These EU 48 well regular profile plates are non skirted and designed for (q)PCR applications. Fits almost all PCR and qPCR cycler models which accept regular profile products, such as ABI/LT, Bio-Rad ®, Eppendorf ® and others. See compatibility list at www.bioplastics.com. Closure can be accomplished with any EU 8-cap strip or Opti-Seal™. For qPCR closure the use of B57801, B79701-1 or Optical Tear Off 8-Cap Strip Mat is recommended.

Product Properties

• Regular Profile — Height: 20.9 - 21.8 mm, 0.82 - 0.85 inch. 0.2 ml. Fits most regular PCR cyclers and cyclers without height-adjuctable heated lids
• White Product — This product give the highest signal to noise ratios in qPCR
• Cutable — This product can easily be cut with scissors
• Non Skirted — This plate has no skirt
• Thin Wall — This product has a thin wall.
• O-Type Material — This product is made of a different blend of PP, designed for PCR and qPCR applications.
• Evaporation Grade 1 — Loss of PCR volume is less than 3%. It’s possible to PCR in as less as 5 µl.
• Extra Low Adhesion — This product is specially treated to reduce the binding of protein.
• DNA, DNase, RNA, RNase & Pyrogen Free — This product is free of DNa(se), RNa(se), Pyrogens & metals.
• Autoclavable — This product is autoclavable.
• qPCR Grade 1 — This product has enhanced signal-to-noise ratio if frosted.
