The 3.00ml tubes with external thread hybrid guarantee sample traceability and optimize working volume. The transparent part of the tube walls enable easy visual checking of the sample, while the different coding guarantees sample traceability. Samples can be identified with the 2D Data-Matrix, numeric human readable and by written codes on the white surface of the tube. The high contrast 2D and human-readable codes are permanently laser-etched into the white surfaces, so that they can never wear or fall off. Using externally threaded tubes eliminates the possibility of the sample coming into contact with the screw thread, minimizing chance of cross-contamination while improving sample integrity. The 3.00ml tubes can provide a high working volume with a relatively low tube height.
