Hedera Dx
Hedera Dx develops in-house, NGS-based tumor profiling solutions that let hospital and pathology laboratories run clinically actionable cancer testing on their own sequencers. The Hedera Profiling range covers hybrid-capture panels for both tissue and liquid biopsy: Hedera Profiling 1, a 115-gene pan-cancer DNA panel available for FFPE tissue and for ctDNA; the compact Hedera Profiling 2 (32 genes) and Hedera Profiling 3 (43 genes, including BRCA1/2) ctDNA liquid biopsy panels; and the Hedera Profiling RNA panel for fusions, gene expression and exon skipping from FFPE RNA. The DNA panels detect SNVs, Indels, CNVs, Fusions and MSI in a single DNA-only workflow with about 3 hours of hands-on time and 5 calendar days from sample to report, on Illumina NextSeq and NovaSeq instruments. Kits are commercialized together with the Hedera Prime analysis and reporting software. Hedera Dx GmbH is based in Munich, Germany.

What is the difference between the Hedera Profiling panels?
Hedera Profiling 1 is the 115-gene pan-cancer DNA panel, for FFPE tissue (48 tests, manual or automation) or ctDNA (24 tests). Hedera Profiling 2 (32 genes) and 3 (43 genes, incl. BRCA1/2) are compact ctDNA liquid biopsy panels. Hedera Profiling RNA (43 genes) detects fusions, expression and exon skipping from FFPE RNA.
Which sequencers are supported?
