Archer
Archer develops targeted next-generation sequencing (NGS) assays built on its patented Anchored Multiplex PCR (AMP) chemistry, which combines molecular barcode adapters with nested, gene-specific PCR to deliver comprehensive genomic insights even from low-input and degraded samples such as FFPE tissue. The range covers FUSIONPlex RNA assays for known and novel fusions, splice variants, SNVs and indels in solid tumor and blood cancer research; VARIANTPlex DNA assays for SNVs, indels, CNVs, ITDs, MSI and HRD; the LIQUIDPlex ctDNA assay for plasma; and IMMUNOVerse T-cell and B-cell receptor assays for immune repertoire profiling. Kits are available as single-use lyophilized reagents for manual workflows or as liquid HT reagents for automated, high-throughput labs, on Illumina and Ion Torrent platforms, with the Archer Analysis bioinformatics platform. Archer is based in Boulder, Colorado, and is now part of Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT). For research use only.
