Detection of ANCA is carried out by indirect immunofluorescence (IIF), followed by antigen-specific ELISA tests such as Anti-PR3 oder Anti-PR3 \u003ci\u003ehs (high sensitive)\u003c\/i\u003e ORG 618, ORG 318).\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe Anti-PR3 \u003ci\u003e(hs (high sensitive) \u003c\/i\u003e has unusually high sensitivity (96 %) and simultaneously high specificity (99 %), providing outstanding diagnostic power in ANCA diagnosis.
