Motolimod also stimulated IFNγ production from NK cells and increased their toxicity against K562 and ADCC by rituximab and trastuzumab. It induced apoptosis in monocytic myeloid-derived suppressor cells. Motolimod is being investigated in combination with other cancer immunotherapies.
