ADHP is currently the most sensitive and stable fluorogenic probe for detecting HRP and H\u003csub\u003e2\u003c\/sub\u003eO\u003csub\u003e2\u003c\/sub\u003e and has been used widely to detect HRP in many immunoassays such as ELISA.\u003cbr\u003e\nTribioScience’s HRP Fluorescence System combines ADHP and buffers into a single ready-to-use reagent for detecting HRP enzyme activity in the liquid system or ELISA. Fluorescence can be measured with excitation at 535nm and emission at 585nm. This substrate system is about 10x more sensitive than the HRP substrate TMB.
